KRRS will protest land grabbing at POSCO site

The Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha will organise a State-level farmers’ convention at Gadag on July 21 to organise farmers to fight against the Government’s move to acquire agricultural land in the name of industrialization.

Gadag in Karnataka is the hotbed of the farmers land struggle against South Korean steel plan POSCO which has already faced massive resistance in Orissa.
